- having a height offset for front addition (wouldn't need to increase driveway grade, easier entrance) do we need test pits?
- what about no garage? how could that change the layout? front deck we can park under? (would that be included in front offset restrictions?)
- Maybe we should keep our current basement given all the functionality loss by putting bedroom there?
- Going up a level, either fully or partially, maybe including a balcony/deck up there?
Last design feedback:
- storage/basement functionality lost and not really regained
- we don't love the idea of increasing the driveway slope- it's already steep enough and we have a hard time making it up in the winter
- there was no extra (separate) common area
